Course Schedule
The Six Week course will have one group session for 2 hours every week, scheduled on Saturdays midday. Recordings will be posted within 48 hours. Over the six weeks, participants work through a comprehensive 100 page workbook, covering one chapter each week.

By incorporating these elements, we aim to emphasize that each individual is not alone in their journey. The course fosters a supportive community where participants can explore a range of tools to enhance their overall well-being and reinforce the understanding that they are part of a collaborative and empowering process.
Bonus Sessions
In addition to the structured curriculum, participants will be invited to special sessions where experts will discuss various tools for positive affirmations, positive visualizations, and meditations and even share insights on nutritional and physical exercises. These sessions are designed to address the holistic well-being of participants, tackling physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual aspects.
Support
The course provides access to coaches for support as you work through the course content and activities. Additionally, video modules are available to enhance understanding, and facilitators can be booked for individual coaching sessions.
